What awaits you
Schweibenalp is situated at 1,100 metres above sea level and offers pure nature far above the blue Lake Brienz and a magnificent Alpine panorama. Our ice pool is the small bubbling mountain stream just below the Centre of unity. The picturesque guest house was built in the early days of Swiss mountain tourism. The guest rooms are simple and lovingly decorated. All meals are vegetarian and organic.

The Yoga sessions will be lead by yoga teacher Claudia Greco (February in English) and Conny Stromsky (January in German). They will support you in deepening your breath & cold experience with suitable yoga and mindfulness exercises.

Accommodation and Meals
Accommodation and meals are not included in the seminar price. Please book your room and meals directly with the Centre of Unity. Accommodation and full board are available from approx. CHF 121/night (price for shared room). An additional lunch on arrival can be booked for an extra charge (see also arrival and return). Book as soon as possible, especially if you would like to stay in a single room.
Travelling to and from the centre
You can find detailed information on how to get to the centre on the centre's website. If you arrive by public transport, you will be in the centre at around 12:30. This gives you time to check into your room before then. Lunch will be served at the centre from 13h00 - please book in advance, lunch on Friday is not included in the standard booking.
We will clarify the need and possibilities for a lift or shuttle bus for the journey home during the seminar.

The programme provides you with an overview of seminar and rest times. The details of the programme are partly dependent on weather and other conditions. We will inform you in good time on site. If you need to know anything in advance, please feel free to contact me.
Health, Safety and Liability
The Wim Hof Method in principle is safe. However, in order to participate you need to be healthy and familiar with the safety rules. Please read the information on health, safety and liability and contact me or a doctor, in case you are in doubt. This form must be signed by all participants upon arrival.
Payment
The price for the workshop is CHF 369. If you pay up to 6 weeks before the workshop, you can benefit from the Earlybird price of CHF 329.

Cancellation conditions (seminary costs)
For cancellations up to...
...45 days before the workshop, a service fee of CHF 30 will be charged.
...20 days before the workshop, you will be refunded 50% of your bank transfer.
After this date the right to a refund ends - but you have the possibility to apply for a voucher of CHF 250, valid for a future workshop of jala coaching. If you wish to transfer your place to another person registered by you, you can do so at any time without incurring any costs.
If the course is cancelled by the organiser, the entire course costs will be refunded - there is no entitlement to reimbursement of costs for travel tickets or similar.
The cancellation conditions of the Centre of Unity apply to accommodation and catering costs.
