Healthy employees and an intact team spirit are precious. The demands on corporate health management are high and the time that employees can invest in their health is limited. Health and team-building activities that include breathing and cold exposure are ideal, as they are simple and have a quick effect - both on a physical and mental level. Our courses are mainly based on the scientifically founded Wim Hof, Oxygen Advantage and Buteyko methods and ensure a sustainable balance between activation and relaxation. Some of the content can also be made available to your employees online directly at home and, if required, on an individualised basis.

One principle applies to all courses: everything is voluntary! And there is always the possibility, especially in connection with the cold, e.g. to hold only hands and feet in the cold water and experience how the breathing changes the perception. Regardless of whether participants sit into the cold water themselves, they can support their colleagues and thus contribute to the team experience.

Cold and/or breath workshops give your team the opportunity to experiment with breath and/or cold and to collect lasting aha experiences together. Your employees receive guidance for their own practice, which they can use to support themselves at work, in sport and everyday life. Depending on the season and location, the ice bath can be carried out in a pool or natural water. The individual exercises are of course always optional for every participant and can be offered both in a soft or more challenging way.

Weekly Course
Breath - (COLD) - Focus
Weekly sessions where your employees strengthen their breathing and learn how to use it for relaxation and focus. In addition, impulses on healthy breathing habits at work, in sports and everyday life, and how to use cold to support and regenerate themselves physically and mentally. Regular practice has a lasting effect and this course can be an important pillar of your health programme to promote resilience and reduce absenteeism. Can be held online and with or without cold exercises.
Cold Shower
Team Challenge
The Cold Shower Challenge takes place over a defined period of time (e.g. 1 month). Similar to the well-known "Bike to work" campaign, employees register voluntarily and form teams. All teams in which all members have ended a certain number of their showers cold, take part in a raffle. In addition, participants get regular online inputs on the topic of cold exposure, breathing and health. May be combined with an incentive speech or an Wim Hof workshop at the start.
Breathe Smart
Train easy
This weekly course inspires your employees to move and adopt a healthy and relaxed workout style with nose breathing (see also Oxygen Advantage for runners). Nasal breathing Oxygen Advantage exercises enhance performance and reduces recovery time and the risk of injury. To workout with nasal breathing takes a little practice, but soon becomes twice as much fun. Employees who feel short of breath (asthma, LongCovid, etc.) can regain the joy of physical activity by adopting the techniques.

Would you like to offer your employees or customers an insight into the fascination of breathing and cold exposure? We tell stories that inspire your audience to overthrow much of what they thought about their body and its relationship to cold and breathing. Stories that amaze and make them want to invest some time in their own physical and mental health and experiment with their breath and the cold. The lecture can be combined with small breathing and/or cold exercises or mark the start of a weekly course or team challenge.

Why is less more when it comes to breathing? Why can most of us hold our breath much longer than we think? Why does mouth breathing make us tired and nose breathing awake? Stories inspired by our experience as a breathing coaches and apnoea divers. Only about one in ten Swiss people know how our breathing works and how many symptoms of illness can be alleviated with healthy breathing alone. With this lecture, you will give employees an "aha" experience and perhaps even change one or two lives. The lecture can be combined with small breathing exercises or mark the start of a weekly course.
